Shannon Gallman is the Billing & Intake Coordinator with a passion for problem-solving and finding efficient solutions to every challenge that comes her way. A graduate of Arizona State University, Shannon built the foundation of her career in early childhood education and customer experience, both of which shaped her into a creative thinker with a deep commitment to serving others and finding resolution in any situation. She also previously volunteered at the Workhouse Arts Center, an experience that further deepened her love for community connection.

As a mom of two and a proud Air Force military spouse who grew up as an Army child, Shannon has a special appreciation for the unique experiences of military and veteran families. At the same time, her passion extends to supporting all children and families in the community. She is honored to help families navigate the financial and administrative side of care so they can access the services they need with less stress and greater peace of mind.
